International Shipping:
- We endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, our browbands, stocks and show canes are custom-made, so if your order includes any of these items please allow up to 10 working days for your order to ship. All other items will ship within 48 hours.
- You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
- All parcels are shipped with NZ Post who estimate delivery within 3 working days. Although please note that delivery to rural or remote properties may take longer.
Tracking:
- Our standard shipping is parcel post non-tracked.
- However, if you wish to be able to track your parcel you can do so for an additional fee. This option is available at checkout and costs NZ$1.50 for standard addresses and NZ$5.55 for rural delivery addresses.
International Shipping:
- At present Arkadia Equestrian only ships within New Zealand, however we aim to add international shipping options in the future.
